The program is open to three distinct categories of applicants in Punjab:

• You are a permanent resident of Punjab province
• Your age is between 21 and 65 years
• You hold a valid, unexpired CNIC
• Your mobile number is registered in your own name
• You have a clean credit history with no overdue or defaulted loans
• Your SBP e-CIB record shows no default with any financial institution
• You have not previously availed this subsidy (one-time benefit per applicant)
• You are financially capable of depositing 20% of the total machinery cost upfront
• You are willing to repay 20 quarterly installments over five years
• You agree not to sell, transfer, or mortgage the machine for 5 years or until full loan repayment
• You are willing to attend mandatory training on machine operation and maintenance
• You will allow periodic on-site inspections by Agriculture Department and Bank officials

Additional conditions by category:

• Farmers: Minimum 5 acres of owned agricultural land, verified Fard Malkiat / Inteqal
• Service Providers: Valid registration with Agriculture Department (Field Wing), Punjab
• Entrepreneurs: Valid NTN number, FBR registration mandatory before loan approval

Financing under this program is strictly limited to the following approved machinery. Any other equipment is not covered.

Your equity upfront (20%) = PKR 1,000,000

Bank of Punjab finances (80%) = PKR 4,000,000
